🎯 About the Role
This role involves identifying and evaluating contract opportunities across various e-procurement portals. The intern will be responsible for conducting tender analysis, preparing proposals, and researching startup benefit schemes to support business development.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Identify and evaluate opportunities through GeM, CPPP, and state-wide e-Procurement portals.
- 📊 Conduct procurement and tender analysis.
- 📝 Analyze tender documents and prepare EoIs, proposals, and quotations.
- 📅 Track tenders, corrigendums, deadlines, and submissions.
- 📈 Research state and national startup benefit schemes.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✍️ Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- 💻 Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- ⏳ Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
- 🚀 Hands-on experience in bidding, tendering, procurement, and proposal preparation is preferred.
