Support the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS) in strengthening trade, investment, and tourism relationships. This role involves assisting with promotional activities, event coordination, and marketing collateral development.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Assist in executing trade and investment promotional initiatives and outreach activities.
- π€ Provide operational and liaison support for B2B and B2C events.
- π Support the development of marketing and promotional collateral.
- π Conduct desk research on market trends and compile findings into summaries.
- ποΈ Maintain and update stakeholder and industry databases.
- ποΈ Provide general administrative and documentation support.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
- π£οΈ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- π» Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
- β³ Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- π Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
