This role involves developing MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical trackers for receivables, settlements, and SLA adherence. You will assist in monitoring financial performance, analyzing payouts, and preparing reconciliation statements.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical trackers.
- 💰 Assist in monitoring receivables aging and collection efficiency.
- 📈 Analyze SPF payouts and seller settlement data.
- 📑 Prepare and analyze seller reconciliation statements.
- 🔍 Perform trend analysis on key operational metrics.
- 🤝 Collaborate with various teams to resolve operational issues.
- 🗓️ Support month-end closing activities.
- 🔒 Support seller onboarding governance and KYC validation.
- 🗂️ Assist in preparing audit schedules and reconciliations.
- 🏗️ Build financial models and business cases.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- 📈 Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards).
- 🏦 Good understanding of accounting, reconciliations, financial controls.
- 📄 Ability to interpret large datasets.
- 🗣️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 💻 Exposure to SAP ERP systems (Nice-to-Have).
- 📊 Knowledge of financial reporting, audit, GST, and TDS (Nice-to-Have).
- 🛠️ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools (Nice-to-Have).
