🎯 About the Role

This high-impact role sits at the center of a brand delivery engine, requiring a business-first thinker to develop Franchise Models and ROI Tables. You will work directly with founders and produce board-ready outputs from day one.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Build unit-level P&L models for franchise brands across various sectors.
• 💰 Model CapEx, working capital, breakeven timelines, and franchisee ROI scenarios.
• ⚖️ Develop sensitivity analyses for key business levers like footfall and ATV.
• 📈 Create franchisor revenue models showing stream breakdown.
• 📝 Design standardized ROI tables for franchisee pitch decks and information memoranda.
• 🌐 Build benchmarking frameworks comparing brand ROI vs. category peers.
• 🤖 Use AI tools to research industry benchmarks and accelerate onboarding.
• 👥 Prepare brand-facing deliverables and support fundraising diligence.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ 1–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or strategy at a high-growth startup.
• 🧮 Strong financial modelling skills — ability to build a P&L from scratch.
• 💻 Comfortable using AI tools as core work instruments.
• ✍️ Exceptional written communication skills.
• 🚀 Prior exposure to franchise businesses, retail brands, or consumer sectors is a strong signal.
• 🗣️ Experience presenting financial models to founders or C-suite stakeholders.
• 💡 Entrepreneurial background or experience working in a 0-to-1 environment.
