π― About the Role
This mentorship-driven role offers real-world exposure to sales strategies, client engagement, and go-to-market execution in the accounting and finance industry. You will learn directly from and report to the Business Development Manager.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Conduct market research to identify high-potential target industries and clients.
- π’ Execute multi-channel lead generation strategies.
- π Support the development and implementation of creative outreach campaigns.
- π Collaborate in preparing sales pitches and client presentations.
- π Represent the company at networking events and conferences.
- π Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams.
- π‘ Contribute innovative ideas to improve business development approach.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- π Strong interest in business development, sales, or technology careers.
- π£οΈ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- β Self-motivated, proactive learner with a collaborative mindset.
- ποΈ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- π» Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
