Join DORS (Design Orchard Retail Showcase) as a Retail Intern and be part of an exciting omni-channel retail transformation. You will contribute to customer experience, sales, retail operations, and event activation, playing a key role in shaping DORSβ digital future and expanding its reach.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- ποΈ Welcome and engage visitors, delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
- π° Support daily sales activities and drive upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- β¨ Uphold store operations, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
- π Assist in the execution of in-store events, brand activations, and pop-ups.
- π Leverage CRM tools to grow a loyal customer base.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Fashion, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- π Genuine interest in Singapore's fashion, lifestyle, and design scene.
- π¬ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach.
- β‘ High energy, quick learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- π» Familiarity with POS systems, stock-checking tools, or basic spreadsheet tools is an advantage.
