smallcase is seeking sharp, curious, and research-oriented law students to join their Legal & Compliance team. This role offers the opportunity to impact the organization meaningfully by supporting new product launches and ensuring regulatory compliance.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Track and summarize updates from regulatory bodies like SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and IFSCA.
- Conduct deep-dive research for new product features and track legislative shifts.
- Perform gap analysis of internal policies against new regulations.
- Assist with regulatory mapping of product features.
- Support the execution of key legal contracts.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- Exceptional skills in legal research and interpretation.
- A high aptitude for critical thinking.
- Enjoy dissecting complex regulations and applying them to innovative products.
- Familiarity with SEBI and RBI regulations is a plus.
