- ๐ Develop and curate high-quality question papers aligned with curricula.
- ๐ฏ Ensure variety in question types to assess different understanding levels.
- ๐ค Collaborate with AI and product teams to refine automated grading systems.
- ๐ง Review and validate AI-generated assessments for correctness.
- ๐ Research and stay updated with curriculum changes and best practices.
- ๐ฌ Assist internal teams in resolving subject-related queries.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Social Sciences, Commerce, or Accounts.
- ๐ผ Proven experience in developing question papers and assessment materials for academic institutions.
- ๐ง Strong command over your respective subject matter.
- ๐ป Basic to intermediate computer application knowledge for content creation.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
