🎯 About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join Snapmint's Retention & Growth team. This role involves working with production-scale datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✍️ Write and optimize SQL queries (ClickHouse).
- 🐍 Use Python for data cleaning, analysis automation, and scripting.
- 📊 Support CRM campaign analysis (WebEngage).
- 📊 Build and maintain dashboards in Redash.
- 🔍 Assist in identifying churn drivers and retention levers.
- 📝 Document findings and recommendations in Notion.
- 🤝 Collaborate with backend, data engineering, and marketing ops teams.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing BTech/BE, in 3rd year or final year.
- 🗄️ Working proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions).
- 🐍 Working proficiency in Python (pandas, basic scripting).
- ❓ Comfortable with ambiguity and structuring analysis approaches.
- 🧐 Strong attention to detail.
- 💼 Available full-time, on-site, for the entire 6-month duration.
