🎯 About the Role

Kapital Seed 9 is expanding and seeking experienced Telecallers with a background in DSA Loans, Banking, or NBFC telesales. If you have experience in selling loan products and converting leads, we want to hear from you.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Call and engage potential customers interested in loan products.
• 📈 Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Home Loans, etc.
• 🤝 Follow up and convert enquiries into applications/logins.
• 📊 Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing.
• 📝 Maintain CRM and daily calling reports.
• 🎯 Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team growth.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✔ Experience in DSA, Banking, or NBFC telesales is mandatory.
• 🗣️ Good communication and convincing skills.
• 🗣️ Ability to handle customer objections and close leads.
• 💻 Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
