Client Servicing Manager

🎯 About the Role

The HOD – Client Servicing will head the Client Servicing function, reporting directly to the Director. This is a senior leadership mandate to drive client satisfaction, own portfolio profitability, and align client strategy with the agency's broader growth goals. The role spans across mall installations, gamification, BTL activations, and corporate events.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Head the Client Servicing department and define its strategic direction.
• 🤝 Build and manage long-term, senior-level client relationships.
• 🔑 Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients.
• 📈 Own financial performance, P&L, and profitability across client portfolios.
• 🚀 Partner with leadership on growth strategy, innovation, and new business direction.
• 🌱 Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing client servicing team.
• 📊 Review post-event performance and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📅 6–10 years of Client Servicing experience within an Events/Experiential/Brand Activation agency (mandatory).
• 🎓 Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 🌟 Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
• 💡 Proven experience in agency-based client servicing (experiential/events/BTL preferred).
• 🤖 Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.) to enhance client presentation, proposal, and efficiency.
• ✨ Visionary mindset balanced with strong execution focus.
