We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketer to build and lead our customer acquisition strategy, focusing on Meta advertising. You will conceptualize, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver tangible results, improve key growth metrics, and build scalable customer acquisition systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Own customer acquisition strategy through Meta advertising.
• 💡 Conceptualize engaging campaign ideas, ad creatives, and messaging.
• 🎯 Plan, execute, and optimize Meta campaigns across the acquisition funnel.
• 🧪 Continuously test creatives, hooks, audiences, and messaging.
• 📊 Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into improvements.
• 📈 Improve key growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rates).
• 🔄 Build remarketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
• 🤝 Work closely with the Social Media team and mentor the Social Media Executive.
• 🌐 Stay ahead of Meta advertising ecosystem changes and identify new opportunities.
