Customer Events & Experience Intern

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing impactful customer events and experiences that strengthen relationships and support business objectives.

This internship offers hands-on experience in customer experience management, event operations, and marketing communications. You will work closely with various teams to help deliver professional and memorable experiences for customers and employees.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗓️ Assist in planning and coordinating customer experiences and events.
• 📑 Support agenda development and prepare customer-specific briefing materials.
• 📊 Conduct customer and company research for personalized experiences.
• 📧 Help coordinate event communications and customer-facing assets.
• 👥 Assist with venue coordination, logistics, and vendor communications.
• ✍️ Support creation of storytelling materials that communicate company capabilities.
• 📈 Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating stakeholders.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📈 Minimum 2.5 GPA.
• 🎓 Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or Event Management.
• 💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 💪 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• 📊 Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills.
• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 🚗 Reliable transportation to and from work.
