π― About the Role
We are seeking a Program Trainee to support our Corporate Innovation and EIC programs, as well as other assigned startup initiatives. You will work closely with the Regional Director and program teams, ensuring effective coordination and execution of regional programs.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Support program teams in all aspects, from startup scouting to reporting.
- π Track program milestones, feedback, and impact metrics.
- π€ Coordinate with program teams, mentors, startups, and stakeholders.
- ποΈ Maintain program documentation, schedules, and databases.
- π‘ Assist with special projects, such as managing alumni activities and optimizing databases.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Background in business administration or management, or relevant modules.
- interpersonal skills.
- π£οΈ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- β¨ Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
