🎯 About the Role

This apprenticeship program offers a structured 6-week training period covering classroom learning, observation, and hands-on practice. Upon successful completion, you'll become eligible for Part-Time Associate Piercer positions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌟 Serve as a brand ambassador, educating clients on the Studs experience.
• 💬 Deliver confident, clear, and professional communication with clients.
• 📋 Leverage Studs' resources and policies in decision-making.
• 🔒 Ensure client experience and work safety standards are met.
• 🗄️ Maintain consistent and detailed records of maintenance and inventory.
• ✅ Prioritize studio compliance and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• 🤝 Provide solutions-oriented feedback and be open to receiving it.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 🗓️ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 📅 Minimum 4 days of availability, including Saturday and Sunday.
• ⏱️ Reliably attend work as scheduled for up to 29 hours per week.
• 🎯 Must pierce a minimum of 18 appointments a day.
• 👀 Ability to visually inspect ear anatomy for advanced piercings.
• ✋ Must be able to deliver piercings with a steady hand.
• 🏋️ Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• 🧪 Must be able to handle chemicals safely.
• 🚗 Travel to one of our studio locations for training (paid by Studs).

💰 Compensation: $19/hour during training; $24/hour after graduation + tips
