This twelve-month industrial training opportunity is ideal for CA students seeking hands-on experience in ethics, compliance, and corporate investigations. You will work within the Global Investigations Vertical of the Global Internal Audit Team.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ⚖️ Conduct in-depth legal research on ethics, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- 🕵️ Assist in internal investigations, including evidence gathering and report drafting.
- 📝 Contribute to the drafting and revision of ethics and compliance policies.
- 🤝 Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, and Risk Management.
- 📄 Prepare legal memoranda and summaries distilling complex legal concepts.
- 💡 Upskill in emerging technologies like Gen AI or Digital Forensics and apply learnings.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Passed Professional Education (Exam II) or Intermediate exam from ICAI (First Attempt or Ranker).
- 🇬🇧 Strong command of English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- 🧠 Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- ⭐ High level of motivation and ability to work independently.
