🎯 About the Role
Swakriti Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is building the future of fashion through craftsmanship, innovation, and technology. You will support the design and development of sustainable kidswear and lend your expertise to AI-powered fashion technology, including personalized styling and virtual try-ons.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎨 Assist in creating seasonal and capsule collections, developing mood boards, color stories, and inspiration.
- ✍️ Create hand sketches and digital illustrations, supporting fabric, trim, and accessory selection.
- 🌱 Work with natural fabrics and contribute to collections inspired by traditional Indian textile techniques.
- 📄 Prepare Tech Packs, create measurement charts, and maintain design documentation.
- 🔍 Assist during sample development, conduct garment measurements, and participate in fit sessions.
- 🤖 Work with Product Managers and Engineers to improve the Fashion SaaS platform and build fashion datasets.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.
- 💼 1–2 years of industry experience.
- 🧵 Understanding of garment construction and knowledge of Tech Packs and measurement specifications.
- 💻 Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- 🌱 Passion for sustainable fashion and curiosity to work with AI and technology.
- ✨ Strong creativity and attention to detail.
