We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated talent acquisition intern to support our HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Understand the recruitment process and hiring workflow.
- 📧 Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
- 📄 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- 🗂️ Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
- 🤝 Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- ✉️ Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- ✅ Assist with the onboarding of selected candidates.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 😊 Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- 💻 Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred).
- 🛠️ Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
