Operations & Merchandising Associate (Intern)

🎯 About the Role

Work directly with founders to support the operational and merchandising needs of a resortwear brand and its manufacturing division. This role offers comprehensive exposure to the fashion business lifecycle within an integrated ecosystem.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🛍️ Assist in managing wholesale and manufacturing orders.
• 💬 Coordinate with retailers, buyers, and clients.
• 📈 Maintain order trackers, purchase orders, and T&A plans.
• 🎨 Coordinate product development and sampling processes.
• 📊 Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks.
• 📦 Maintain inventory records and track material movement.
• 💰 Assist in preparing garment cost sheets.
• ✅ Support quality checks and coordinate dispatch.
• 📝 Prepare operational reports and organize documents.
• 🏭 Support execution of manufacturing projects across diverse apparel categories.

• 🗂️ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• 📞 Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• ✨ Interest in fashion merchandising, production, or supply chain operations.
• 🧵 Basic understanding of garment construction and textiles is preferred.
