🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Loyalty Marketing Intern to support ongoing campaigns. This role involves assisting in campaign planning, execution, content coordination, and performance tracking.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⭐ Manage and optimize loyalty programs, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• 📊 Track and achieve KPIs including customer frequency, AOV, and revenue contribution.
• ⚙️ Drive automation of the loyalty program, ensuring operational efficiency.
• 🧐 Conduct periodic audits of the loyalty program, including communications and earning/burning mechanisms.
• 👤 Manage customer journeys across the platform, enhancing the loyalty experience.
• 💡 Introduce new loyalty services and member benefits aligned with customer expectations.
• 📈 Prepare and present reports on loyalty campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduate Candidates are preferred.
• ✉️ Basic understanding of CRM channels is a plus (Email, WhatsApp, Push).
• 💻 Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• 🔍 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• ⭐ Interest in marketing, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
• 🗣️ Good written and verbal communication skills.
• 💼 Relevant Work Experience in Marketing/ Digital/ CRM is Preferred.
