π― About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Loyalty Marketing Intern to support ongoing campaigns. This role involves assisting in campaign planning, execution, content coordination, and performance tracking.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- β Manage and optimize loyalty programs, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- π Track and achieve KPIs including customer frequency, AOV, and revenue contribution.
- βοΈ Drive automation of the loyalty program, ensuring operational efficiency.
- π§ Conduct periodic audits of the loyalty program, including communications and earning/burning mechanisms.
- π€ Manage customer journeys across the platform, enhancing the loyalty experience.
- π‘ Introduce new loyalty services and member benefits aligned with customer expectations.
- π Prepare and present reports on loyalty campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Graduate Candidates are preferred.
- βοΈ Basic understanding of CRM channels is a plus (Email, WhatsApp, Push).
- π» Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- π Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- β Interest in marketing, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
- π£οΈ Good written and verbal communication skills.
- πΌ Relevant Work Experience in Marketing/ Digital/ CRM is Preferred.
