• 📞 Support lead generation and outreach to prospective learners and partners.
• ✉️ Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and social channels.
• 🧑‍🏫 Explain learning solutions and assist in customer onboarding.
• 📊 Maintain accurate records in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• 🤝 Collaborate with sales and training teams for demos and outreach.
• 📈 Gather customer feedback and prepare basic sales activity reports.
