Contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in cutting-edge compute-in-memory architecture.

🎯 About the Role

This role offers hands-on experience in advanced silicon design, focusing on schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits. You will also support silicon validation and performance measurements.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✍️ Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits.
• 🔬 Perform transistor-level simulations using industry-standard tools.
• 🔌 Support silicon validation and test chip bring-up.
• 📈 Analyze and improve circuit performance in collaboration with the team.
• 📏 Assist with performance measurements of analog circuits.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 💡 Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design.
• 🛠️ Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE.
• 🔌 Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generators) is a plus.
• 🧐 Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment.

💰 Allowance: S$20-50/hr
