Deliver a comprehensive 30-day career-readiness workshop for B.Com students, ensuring high completion rates and tangible outcomes.
🎯 About the Role
The Trainer delivers all 30 daily live sessions, ensures every student produces a concrete daily deliverable, and personally reviews mock interviews and capstone submissions. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role where the trainer directly determines student success.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Deliver daily live sessions (60 minutes) covering resume building, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and job search strategy
- ✅ Review and give feedback on daily deliverables (worksheets, resume drafts, LinkedIn profiles, pitches)
- 🎤 Conduct and record 1:1 mock interviews (HR and technical rounds) for every student, with same-day feedback
- 🗣️ Run structured Group Discussion (GD) practice sessions
- 📊 Track daily attendance and proactively flag drop-off risk
- 🤝 Coordinate with Campus Ambassadors on WhatsApp check-ins
- 🎓 Evaluate final capstone submissions and confirm eligibility for the completion certificate
- 📈 Share weekly progress summaries with the Founder
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💼 Strong working knowledge of commerce/finance fundamentals
- 🧑🏫 Prior experience training, teaching, or mentoring students (campus placement cell, HR, or ed-tech background preferred)
- 🖥️ Comfortable running live online sessions and 1:1 recorded mock interviews
- 🔍 Strong resume/LinkedIn review skills
- ⏰ Reliable daily availability for the full 30-day batch window
- ⭐ Bonus: familiarity with CA/CMA/CFA pathway guidance for B.Com students
