🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Assist with sourcing and screening resumes.
- 📞 Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- 📅 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- 📄 Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- 🗂️ Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system.
- 🤝 Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment initiatives.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⭐ Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 📝 Organized and detail-oriented.
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- 🚀 Proactive and eager to learn about recruitment processes.
