• 🔍 Sourcing candidates across multiple platforms for open roles
• 📞 Running first-pass screens and surfacing top candidates
• 📧 Owning outbound cold emails and candidate communication
• 📊 Managing the recruiting tracker and reporting on funnel status
• 📣 Running employer branding initiatives

• ✍️ Strong written English for professional communication
• 💻 Comfort with LinkedIn, Sheets/Notion, and Calendly
