🎯 About the Role
This internship offers a chance to work on impactful projects in AI Model Operations, focusing on the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models. You will translate policies into executable strategies, analyze model performance, and explore AI-powered automation to improve moderation systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📜 Translate moderation policies and business requirements into machine-executable rules
- 📊 Monitor and analyze key model performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- 🔍 Conduct root cause analysis on errors and propose strategy-driven improvements
- 💡 Support model evaluation and strategy validation to improve model quality
- 🤖 Explore AI-powered operational automation using LLMs and AI Agents
- 🧑🤝🧑 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Policy, Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing an Undergraduate's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or a related AI discipline
- 💖 Strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, Trust & Safety, or AI Model Operations
- 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 📈 Familiarity with Excel and SQL; knowledge of Python or basic machine learning concepts is a plus
- 🗣️ Excellent communication, learning agility, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 🗓️ Available to intern at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months
