As a Project Intern, you will contribute to short-term projects, gaining hands-on experience in product design and operations within the short-form video ecosystem. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to enhance platform features and user experience.

• 📈 Support creator platform operations and drive adoption of creator product features.
• 📝 Develop creator product adoption strategies and training materials.
• 📊 Analyze monetization performance and produce operational insights.
• 🔗 Partner with Product and Engineering teams to gather and structure business requirements.
• 🛠️ Support diagnosis of client and creator issues and drive solutions.
• 💡 Identify pain points in existing workflows and support process optimization.
• 🚀 Explore the application of AI and emerging technologies in operational scenarios.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields preferred).
• 💻 Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL skills for data analysis.
• 🌍 Ability to use English as a working language for cross-border business needs.
• 🤝 Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• 🌟 Strong interest in short-form video, creator marketing, and digital advertising.
