This internship provides the opportunity to contribute to impactful short-term HR projects, supporting the global E-Commerce team's growth. You will gain experience in HR practices, project operations, and data analysis.

• 📅 Assist in the preparation, organization, and execution of HR activities.

• 🤝 Help promote and maintain TikTok's organizational culture through planning activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for majors in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
• ⏳ Availability for an internship of 3 months or more, with a commitment to working 5 days per week is preferred.
• 🌟 Enthusiasm for HR-related work and a desire to grow in HR practice.
• 💡 Strong team collaboration skills and a clear, logical thought process.
• 🧠 Strong data usage and analytical mindset.
