This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful short-term projects within a talent acquisition team focused on the AMS region. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, stakeholder management, and process optimization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on talent solutions.
• 👥 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• 🚀 Optimize recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency and build candidate pipelines.
• 📊 Track recruitment outcomes, identify challenges, and suggest improvements.
• 💡 Contribute to recruiting projects, including talent mapping and market research.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 🗣️ Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• 🎯 Strong ownership, execution, and a results-oriented mindset.
• 🏃 Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• ⭐ Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals is a plus.
