• 🤝 Support hiring managers and recruiters in understanding technical requirements and defining candidate profiles.
• 🎯 Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of technical talent.
• 🔗 Learn to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels.
• ⚙️ Participate in refining sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency.
• 📈 Support talent acquisition projects, such as organizing hiring events and gathering market intelligence.

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
