- 🗺️ Support the planning and coordination of travel itineraries and guided experiences.
- 📞 Assist with booking guides, transportation, and tours.
- 📄 Prepare detailed travel documents and confirmations.
- 📧 Respond to client inquiries and provide trip recommendations.
- 🔄 Help resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 🗂️ Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✈️ Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management.
- 🗣️ Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities.
- 💼 Interest or exposure to Business Travel.
- 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- 🎯 High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- 💻 Comfort with digital tools, basic office software, and online booking platforms.
- 🌐 Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
