Supplier Quality Assurance Manager

🎯 About the Role

As a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead a team, providing technical guidance and managing supplier qualification processes. The role involves overseeing ASQ activities, reviewing PPAP documentation, conducting audits, and driving corrective actions to enhance supplier quality performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Lead and manage the Supplier Quality Assurance team.
• ✅ Oversee supplier qualification, evaluation, and approval.
• 🚀 Lead Advanced Supplier Quality (ASQ) activities for new products.
• 📝 Review and approve PPAP documentation.
• 📊 Monitor supplier quality performance using KPIs.
• 🛠️ Develop and execute supplier improvement plans.
• 📜 Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Master’s degree in engineering with a quality specialization.
• ⚙️ Minimum 3 years’ experience as an SQA in industrial environment.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Advanced).
• 🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Advanced).
• 🇫🇷🇬🇧 Excellent French and English language proficiency.
• 🛠️ Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans.
• 📜 Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA standards.
