🎯 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage business development for fire fighting systems. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- 📞 Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, and industry contacts.
- 🔧 Understand client requirements for fire fighting systems (hydrant systems, sprinklers, alarms, etc.).
- 📊 Coordinate with design and technical teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates.
- 🤝 Present technical solutions and negotiate contracts with clients.
- 🎯 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- 🔗 Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and builders.
- 📈 Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- 📝 Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 📈 2 - 4 years Experience in Field sales and work on targets.
- 🏛️ Experience in dealing with government tenders and large projects.
- 👥 Existing network with builders, architects, and consultants.
- 💡 Knowledge and experience in industrial marketing/sales.
