• 📄 Source candidates through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
• 📊 Screen resumes based on job requirements
• 📞 Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates
• 📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• ✍️ Maintain and update candidate trackers and databases
• 📧 Follow up with candidates for interview updates and feedback
• 📢 Post job openings across relevant hiring platforms

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduate in any discipline with interest in HR or recruitment
• 📈 MBA (HR) pursuing or completed is an added advantage
• 🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 🤝 Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• 🤹 Strong coordination and multitasking ability
• 💬 Comfortable with calling and interacting with candidates
• 📊 Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
