Environmental Data and Analytics Intern

🎯 About the Role

This internship focuses on supporting environmental projects by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data related to key environmental goals. You will work with various teams across global Disney Experiences to provide actionable insights for performance improvement.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Contribute data-driven thought partnership and ad hoc analysis.
• 📈 Design and continuously improve business intelligence reporting tools and dashboards.
• 🗂️ Manage recurring global environmental data collection and validation.
• 🔍 Perform segment-wide environmental data mining and analysis.
• 📊 Develop metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• 📝 Assist in building presentations for management review.
• 🚶 On average 5-20 hours per week doing field work, including walking and handling materials.

• 💻 Experience with SQL and Power Bi for data entry, validation, and queries.
• 🚗 Candidates must have a valid U.S. Driver’s license.
• 🎓 Junior or Senior year preferred, with coursework in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
