🎯 About the Role

This semester-long co-op provides exposure to routine engineering tasks, process support, and continuous improvement efforts. You will apply technical and business knowledge, conduct research, and work within an interactive team environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Perform entry-level engineering tasks and process support.
• 📊 Analyze and interpret numerical data from experiments.
• 📝 Summarize findings using computer readouts, graphs, and other methods.
• 📄 Review process procedures, change orders, and equipment specifications.
• 📈 Perform market research on relevant topics.
• 💡 Support continuous improvement team efforts for process optimization.
• 🧑‍💻 Design, procedures, and implementation of assembly methods and test methods.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a B.S. in Engineering, Finance, Business, or Marketing.
• 📚 Minimum of 2 college semesters complete.
• 🤹 Ability to multitask.
• 🤝 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 🧠 Competency in conducting desk research and distilling data into concise summaries.
• 💻 Confidence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 🚀 Enthusiasm, motivation, and initiative.

💰 Compensation: $22/hr to $30/hr
