This role involves building agentic AI bots to automate daily IT operations and orchestrating end-to-end workflows using Power Automate. You will integrate these solutions with various IT platforms to streamline operations.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π€ Develop agentic Copilot-based bots for IT operations tasks.
- β Automate operational workflows using Power Automate for incident management and reporting.
- π Integrate bots and automations with ITSM, monitoring, and identity platforms.
- π§ Implement conversational and command-based bot experiences.
- π‘ Apply robust automation design patterns for reliability and scalability.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
- π» Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- π Familiarity with Python, Grafana, or PowerShell scripting.
- π€ Self-driven with strong research and analytical thinking skills.
