This internship offers practical exposure to sales and marketing strategies within the digital infrastructure community. You will contribute to significant industry events, media initiatives, and business development efforts, providing a comprehensive understanding of commercial operations.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Research and identify potential clients and partners for sponsorships, exhibitions, and advertising.
- βοΈ Support sales teams with prospecting and outreach via email and LinkedIn.
- π Assist in preparing sales proposals and commercial materials.
- π Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- π€ Support client engagement and maintain accurate sales records.
- π’ Assist with marketing campaigns for conferences and media products.
- π± Develop and execute social media content, particularly on LinkedIn.
- π§ Support email marketing campaigns and database management.
- π Research and identify potential delegates and speakers.
- π» Monitor campaign performance and assist with marketing reporting.
- ποΈ Support event preparation and coordination for sponsors, speakers, and delegates.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Media, or a related field.
- π£οΈ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- π Comfortable interacting with new people and business professionals.
- πΌ Keen interest in developing commercial, sales, and marketing skills.
- π» Proficient with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- ποΈ Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- π Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- π§βπ€βπ§ Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
