Business Development Executive

Z Plus Disposable Pvt. Ltd., a leading Surgical Product Company, is looking for a Business Development Executive in Ahmedabad to expand its domestic business. This role involves identifying new leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales orders.

🎯 About the Role

This full-time, on-site role is crucial for expanding Z Plus Disposable's domestic market presence. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the Ahmedabad region.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Identifying and generating new leads through cold calling and marketing campaigns.
• ✉️ Prospecting leads and sharing proposals.
• 💰 Following up, negotiating prices and quantities, and closing deals.
• 📈 Conducting online research on potential customers.
• 📦 Coordinating with billing, accounts, and dispatch teams for order fulfilment.
• 🤝 Maintaining good business relations with existing customers and seeking new business.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📈 Experience with lead generation, cold calling, negotiations, and closing sales.
• 🗣️ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 🇬🇧 English fluency is desired.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• 🩺 Familiarity with disposable medical products or the healthcare industry is a plus.
