🎯 About the Role

This is an early-career sales and customer ownership role focused on driving student move-ins for assigned properties. You will learn how demand converts into occupancy and gain experience in sales and customer management.

• 🤝 Build trust with students and parents by understanding their needs and addressing concerns
• 📈 Drive student move-ins and support occupancy growth through disciplined follow-ups
• 📚 Maintain a database of prospective students and track interactions
• 🏡 Ensure assigned beds are ready for new residents and assist in smooth move-in experiences
• 💡 Contribute ideas to improve student conversions and learn market awareness
