This role sits at the nexus of consumer insight, product, copy, and performance marketing, focusing on identifying what makes pet parents buy and translating those insights into compelling creative concepts. You will build a systematic creative testing roadmap to optimize acquisition channels.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗺️ Develop creative strategies for various acquisition channels like Meta, Instagram, and Google.
• 🔎 Identify consumer problems, desires, objections, and purchase triggers.
• 💡 Translate product USPs into strong consumer-facing communication and concepts.
• 🧪 Own and manage a systematic creative testing roadmap for continuous improvement.
• 📊 Analyze performance marketing data (CTR, ROAS, CAC) to derive actionable creative insights.
• 📝 Create clear and actionable creative briefs for copywriters, designers, and video editors.
• 💬 Mine consumer feedback from reviews, comments, and communities to inform strategy.
