This role involves supporting client project coordination, internal brief management, and delivery tracking. You will work closely with design, copy, and motion teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution of projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📄 Receive and structure client briefs clearly.
• ✅ Track all tasks, timelines, and deliverables in ClickUp.
• 🤝 Coordinate between design, copy, and motion teams.
• 📝 Document all client feedback, revisions, and approvals accurately.
• ⚠️ Flag delays and gaps immediately.
• 📧 Maintain clean records of all communication.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✍️ Strong written English — clear, professional, and unambiguous.
• 🎯 High process discipline — ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• 💻 Comfort with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• 🙋‍♀️ Ownership mindset — follow up and close loops.
• 🤖 Ability to learn and apply AI tools quickly.
• 🌐 Comfortable working fully async and remotely.
