Plant Associate

Ensure smooth machine operations, maintain production quality, and minimize waste in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

🎯 About the Role

This role focuses on maintaining in-shift machine continuity and production quality while reducing waste. You will be responsible for cGMP compliance across multiple machines and assist in various operational tasks.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💧 Change feed tanks and dip baths during color and dip bath changes.
• 📏 Check and record capsule dimensions and IPQC for each machine.
• 🛠️ Handle and change dome wiper felt and dip bath nylon filters.
• 🤝 Assist line coordinators in defect identification and numbering capsules.
• ⚙️ Maintain peristaltic pipes and pump lubrication.
• ⚠️ Report near misses, hazards, and kaizens.
• ✅ Perform effective line clearance and maintain GMP and cleanliness.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📈 Achieve budgeted DAFOE targets.
• 📄 Ensure online documentation is in line with cGMP requirements.
• ✅ Accept feed tanks after verifying specified parameters.
• 🕰️ Change feed tanks when 25 kg solution remains.
• ✅ Check dip bath washing validity before filling.
• 🔄 Fill dip baths for color and dip bath changes.
• SAP Make entries in SAP for feed tanks, cakes, and cutting shells.
• 📏 Handle size changes and related activities.
• 💧 Maintain dip bath solution level and WCP tank water top-up.
• ↔️ Maintain feed tank location as per AGV operational requirements.
• ⏰ Perform effective line clearance in stipulated time.
• 📚 Maintain stationary stock and supplies for IPQC and filters.
• 🧼 Clean machines and surrounding areas every 2 hours.
• 🧹 Ensure no capsule shells or parts are on the ground.
• 📊 Perform IPQC checks and report critical defects immediately.
• ☁️ Sort color spot material or assist in cleaning during machine stoppages.
• 📜 Strictly follow all SOPs, GDP/cGMP/Data integrity/Safety.
• 🤝 Record work done and hand over charge to the next shift.
• 📚 Attend and complete all mandatory training as per schedule.
• 🔄 Align with SOP upgrades and new SOPs as per business requirements.
