• 📈 Develop and execute lead generation strategies using social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients.
• 📊 Perform a needs-based analysis to understand employer objectives, pain points, and coverage gaps.
• 💡 Learn and apply effective sales techniques to navigate buyer behaviors and overcome objections.
• 🎤 Gain hands-on experience in delivering compelling sales presentations both virtually and in-person.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 👍 One semester of volunteer experience or student organization involvement is preferred.
• 🗣️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 🤝 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• ⚖️ Strong decision-making skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize work.
• 🎓 Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program.
