🎯 About the Role
This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing engineering degrees to gain practical experience. You will work with experienced engineers on various tasks, including design revisions, bill of materials management, and cost-saving analysis.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✏️ Assist with part specification creation and revisions.
- 🔄 Update SolidWorks drawings and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) changes.
- 📊 Analyze designs to identify cost-saving opportunities and production improvements.
- 🧪 Collaborate with production and lab personnel to learn testing procedures.
- 📝 Prepare engineering packets for new and existing designs.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college program in engineering, physics, or a related field.
- ⚙️ 0–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- 🤝 Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, and lab personnel.
- 💡 Interest in gaining hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience.
