🎯 About the Role

Athletic Pride Alliance is seeking a Community Development Intern to assist in building relationships and growing the organization from the ground up. This is a learning-focused, remote internship with flexible hours, offering direct mentoring, structured assignments, and valuable feedback. You'll gain practical skills in outreach, relationship building, and strategic thinking within the sports community.

• 🔍 Research athletes, coaches, teams, organizations, and potential partners.
• 🤝 Identify outreach, partnership, and collaboration opportunities.
• 📝 Help develop thoughtful outreach strategies for different audiences.
• 📊 Track contacts, responses, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• 💡 Bring your own ideas for providing value to athletes and sports communities.
