Sports Community Development Intern

Develop essential professional skills in sports community development, relationship building, and outreach. This mentorship-focused internship provides hands-on experience in building connections from the ground up.

🎯 About the Role

This is an unpaid mentorship internship designed to provide practical learning in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and developing communities within the sports world. You will work directly with the founder and gain experience in outreach, partnership development, and strategic thinking.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Research athletes, coaches, teams, leagues, nonprofits, and potential community partners.
• 🤝 Identify organizations that align with the alliance's mission.
• 📧 Develop personalized professional outreach strategies.
• 📊 Track contacts, responses, and opportunities.
• 💡 Contribute ideas for partnerships, programs, and community initiatives.
• 📈 Develop stronger professional judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through.
