Produce engaging short-form video content for social media, transforming ideas into compelling videos that attract and engage a diverse audience.

🎯 About the Role

This hands-on role involves owning the content creation process from research and scripting to editing and publishing. You will create short-form videos for various social media platforms and repurpose long-form content into multiple clips.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎬 Create short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• 📈 Research trending formats and adapt them to our audience.
• ✍️ Write concise scripts and hooks.
• ✂️ Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.
• 🖼️ Create captions and thumbnails.
• 🔄 Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips.
• 📊 Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the marketing and product teams.
• 🗓️ Maintain a content calendar.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎥 Experience creating short-form videos.
• 💻 Strong video editing skills.
• 📱 Good understanding of social media algorithms.
• ✍️ Excellent English writing skills.
• 🏠 Ability to work independently.
• 📂 Portfolio or examples of previous work.
• 🤖 Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) - Nice to have.
• 🎨 Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma - Nice to have.
• 📈 Understanding of analytics - Nice to have.
