🎯 About the Role
Avsar is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain practical experience. You will support onboarding, maintain employee records, and assist with HR operations under direct supervision of the Founder.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🤝 Support onboarding and induction processes.
- 🗂️ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- 🎉 Help coordinate HR events and engagement activities.
- ✍️ Assist in drafting HR documents and policies.
- ❓ Respond to employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- 👨🏫 Work closely with and directly support the Founder.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 🚀 Eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
- 🔒 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
