This role involves consultative counselling and sales conversations with US-based parents to promote an edtech platform's programs. You will understand children's learning needs, recommend suitable courses, handle objections, and convert leads into enrollments while maintaining follow-up rigor.

- ๐ Connect with US-based parents via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- ๐ Understand child's learning level and recommend courses.
- ๐ฐ Convert qualified leads into enrollments through sales conversations.
- ๐ Achieve weekly and monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- ๐ Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools.
โ Requirements & Skills
- ๐ Bachelorโs / Masterโs degree in any discipline.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Excellent spoken and written English with confident communication.
- ๐ Comfortable working in a night shift (US Shift).
- ๐ฏ Comfortable in a target-oriented sales role.
- ๐ค Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
